We are having a variety of preseason options for the 2024 year.

Pre-Season Training:

There will be Pre-Season training sessions being held once a week in Rotorua, Whakatane & Tauranga starting end of January for 11 weeks & are open to all ages (Juniors, Seniors, Masters, Vetereans & Super Veterans).

Cost:  $15 per session or pay $100 one off lump sum for all 11 sessions. 

Donald Koh will be running these sessions.

Rotorua Sessions: Held at Rotorua Badminton Hall.  Time: 5.30pm to 7.00pm

Rotorua Dates:  Tuesday, 30th January, Mondays 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th February, Tuesdays 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th March, Tuesdays 2nd & 9th April.

Whakatane Sessions: Held at Awakeri Event Centre.    Time: 5.30pm to 7.00pm

Whakatane Dates: Wednesdays, 31st January, 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th February, 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th March, 3rd & 10th April.

Tauranga Sessions: Held at Tauranga Boys College Gym.  Time: 7.00pm to 8.30pm 

Tauranga Dates: Thursdays, 1st, 8th, 15th, 21st & 28th February, 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th March, 4th & 11th April.

Box League Competitions:

We will also have our usual box leagues in February held at Tauranga Boys College Gym, but the Box Doubles will now be played on Sunday afternoon from 2pm.  Registrations for the box leagues will open.  Information, dates etc below.

Pre-Season Doubles League Info:

Pre-Season Doubles will be played on Sunday afternoons in 2024 (moved from Thursday evenings). 

This league will be held at Tauranga Boys College, starting Sunday, 4th February and will run for 6 weeks.  Start time: 2pm.

Cost: $70 per person.

 Pre-Season Singles League Info:

Pre-Seaon Singles will be played on Tuesday evenings.

This league will be held at Tauranga Boys College, starting Tuesday, 13th February and will run for 3 weeks.  Start time: 7pm

Cost: $35 per person
